Operating principle:
The dough is divided in pieces in the volumetric divider .
The dough pieces are moulded by a conical rounder and transfered towards the intermediate proofer automatically.
The dough pieces rest a while in the intermediate proofer and are then transfered towards the dough moulder.
The moulded dough pieces are ready to be stocked or baked.
This solution permits to save a lot of time, of space and increases the productivity.
