The bread deck oven offers traditional baking. Taste is preserved while producing large quantities. For the electric version, each deck can be used separately, allowing substantial energy saving.

Available in electric, gas or fuel version, from 1 to 4 decks and up to 24 m².
The electric version provides a lifter option that eases product loading and unloading.
